Open Access publications should comply with following basic points. First, the author(s) and copyright holder(s) allow all clients a free, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual right to duplicate, utilize, disperse, transmit and show the work openly and to make and disseminate subordinate works in any advanced medium for any lawful reason, subject to appropriate attribution of authorship, and the privilege to make modest number of printed duplicates for their own utilization. Second, a comprehensive version of the work and associated materials should be summited to an online repository seeking Open Access of respective paper. In addition, community standards, rather than copyright law, will continue to provide the mechanism for enforcement of proper attribution and responsible use of the published work.
